Chan Kim will take a commanding lead into the weekend at the ISCO Championship after extending his advantage on day two at Hurstbourne Country Club.
The event features a field of PGA TOUR and DP World Tour members as part of the Strategic Alliance between both tours, with 50 DP World Tour members, featuring a mix of seasoned stars and emerging talent from the HotelPlanner Tour and Qualifying School, teeing it up.
England's Callum Tarren was in a group of eight players in a tie for fifth at five under, with Kim at 11 under after an eagle, three birdies and three bogeys in round two.
A stunning 61 gave Kim a four-shot lead after day one and he maintained his momentum, carding a 68 to move five shots head.
The highlight of Kim's round was a chip-in on the driveable fourth, his second eagle of the week on the par four.
"Keep my foot down," said Kim, who is a two-time Korn Ferry Tour winner and eight-time winner in Japan. "I know that these guys are so good, somebody's going to catch up. I already know that.
"The best I can do is handle myself the way I did when I won all those events and that's just to stay patient and play my game, work on sticking to our game plan and I think that should get the job done."
German Thomas Rosenmueller, Norway's Kris Ventura and American Vince Whaley were in a share of second.
Tarren carded fives birdies and three bogeys in a 68 to sit alongside countryman David Skinns, Filipino Rico Hoey and Americans Zac Blair, Paul Peterson, Kevin Kisner, Nick Hardy and Beau Hossler.
