Special Features – The 7th hole has been changed to a slight dog-leg left to right and increased in length from 419 yds to 468 yds - however, it will be played to the original green during this week's Championship, so remains at 419 yards.
There has also been a substantial change to the 8th hole which has been increased from 392 yds to 419 yds with new ‘bunkering’ which has made the tee shot a lot tougher.
General Playability – The course will be firmer than usual. There has been very little rain recently and the course is in excellent condition
