General Playability - Fair but tougher in wind
Undulating/Flat - Undulating. The large sloping greens allow for a great variety of pin positions that can change the hole quite considerably.
Treelined/exposed - Not very tree lined
Many / few water hazards - 13 holes have water though it looks like an inland ‘links’ course. The large sloping greens allow for a great variety

Other Features
There is an artificial rock feature on the 7th hole featuring five waterfalls costing over €2 million  to construct. This course is located across the Liffey River from The Palmer course which will host this years Ryder Cup.
