The field of 156 players for the Heineken Classic will comprise :
(a) The top 73 entries from the 2000 PGA European Tour Category Ranking List.
(b) The top 73 Australasian PGA Tour members as notified by the Australasian PGA Tour.
(c) 10 sponsors invitations.
Note - Australasian players who are members of and exempt through both Tours will be entered through (b) above. Players from outside Australasia who are members of and exempt through both Tours will be entered through (a) above.
