Where & when will the event be held in 2022?
The event will be held from 7-10 July 2022 at The Renaissance Club, North Berwick, located at the heart of Scotland’s Iconic ‘Golf Coast’.
How do I sign up for event news, ticket & player announcements, tee times etc.?
Fans can sign up to be the first to hear Genesis Scottish Open event news & for priority ticket access at ET.GOLF/ScotlandNews. You can also follow the Genesis Scottish Open Social Channels on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, where announcements will be made in the lead up to the event.

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets will go on-sale at a promotional Launch Price in November 2021, this will provide a saving versus the price paid for tickets closer to and in the week of the event (if still available and not sold out in earlier sales periods).
Launch prices for Adults range from £20 - £35 depending on the day you wish to attend. Adult season tickets are sold at a Launch Price of £95 providing a saving if you plan to attend multiple days. Youth tickets (13-17) are provided at a discount and Juniors (12 and Under) attend for free.
A seasonal ticket is also offered for ‘Concessions - Senior (aged over 60)’ at a Launch Price of £80, there are no daily tickets for concessions.
Valid ID must be presented at the point of entry to be granted access.
Can I purchase tickets for access to the Grandstand on the 18th?
Yes, The Grandstand on the 18th has tickets available to be purchased at the point of purchasing your tickets, these are available Thursday-Sunday. Limited capacity is currently available.
Can Juniors come to the Genesis Scottish Open for free?
Complimentary tickets for those aged 12 years and under are available upon purchase of an Adult ticket. Junior tickets are required to be redeemed at the time of original purchase.
Will there be Premium Experiences (Hospitality) available to purchase?

Will tickets be available on the door?
We expect demand for the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open to be high, and therefore recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your access. Tickets purchased in advance of the week of the event also provide a cost saving.
What is the Scottish Summer Golf Pass and how do i buy one?
The Scottish Summer Golf Pass is one ticket for three Championships. Each ticket holder is permitted to attend one day of each of the following events:
• Genesis Scottish Open 2022, 7-10 July 2022, Renaissance Club
• The Senior Open Presented by Rolex, 21-24 July 2022, Gleneagles
• AIG Women’s Open, 4-7 August 2022, Muirfield

Please note only Adult passes are available, anyone wishing to purchase Youth or Junior tickets for any of the three Championships are to contact the relevant organiser who will be happy to assist.
Is there parking available for the event, and how much does it cost?
Parking will be available for the event and will be available to ticket holders free of charge (subject to availability). More information regarding parking will be shared with ticket holders via email closer to the time of the event.
Are there public travel options to attend the Genesis Scottish Open
Plans are yet to be confirmed with local public transport suppliers and will be published closer to the date of the event. All information will be housed in the event hub found on the website.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
When will I receive my tickets for the event?
Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2022 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.
What do I do if I haven’t received my tickets?
If you haven’t received your tickets via email, and there is less than 7 days until the event contact our customer service team - Ticketing@europeantour.com . When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.
I have bought a ticket for one day of the event, but would like change to a different day. Is this possible?
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable under these circumstances.
What happens if the event is cancelled or goes behind closed doors?
Ticket buyers will receive a refund if their ticket is cancelled by the PGA European Tour due to COVID-19. Full details can be found within our Ticket T&Cs (click here).
What happens if capacity for the event is limited due to COVID-19 restrictions?
Ticket buyers will receive a refund if their ticket is cancelled by the PGA European Tour due to COVID-19.
Will there be social distancing in place at the event?
The Health & Safety of fans, players & staff will be at the centre of all planning for the event, and government guidance at the time of the event will be followed in this respect. If there is a requirement for social distancing or contact tracing during the event, we will contact ticket purchasers directly to advise on next steps.
What happens if local COVID-19 restrictions where I live impact my ability to travel to the event?
If the Ticket Purchaser is unable to attend the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open with spectators because they live in an area which is subject to a local lockdown, restricting them from being able to come to the venue, a full refund will be issued (Subject to conditions outlined within the Full Ticketing T&Cs).
