Fog was the story on day three of the Genesis Scottish Open, the home fans were practising the Viking row, and Matt Fitzpatrick played his way into a tie at the top. Here's what you need to know from moving day at The Renaissance Club.
Matt Fitzpatrick and Michael Thorbjornsen share lead in foggy Scotland
Matt Fitzpatrick and Michael Thorbjornsen will return to the course at 7am on Sunday tied at the top but with their third rounds still to complete after a weather-interrupted third day of the Genesis Scottish Open.
At one point there was a five-way tie at the top but two quickfire birdies from Fitzpatrick moved him to 12 under before he dropped a shot on the eighth, which would be his final hole of the day before the hooter sounded due to the return of thick fog.
That left the Englishman alongside American Thorbjornsen, who was bogey-free with five birdies through 13 holes.
Haar the story on day three
The Scottish haar was the story on day three, with play suspended twice on Saturday.
17 players had made it out on the East Lothian links before play was initially called at 10.45am, resuming at 1.10pm. With the final group teeing off at 6.15pm, they were only able to finish seven holes as the returning fog stopped play overnight.
Play will restart at 7am Sunday morning. A one-tee start in three balls will not begin before 10.15am.

The Viking row
There's been plenty of banter all week that the Scottish fans will be supporting Norway against England in the quarter finals of the 2026 World Cup, and they showed up on Saturday willing to prove it.
Will a drum, some hats and plenty of rowing in the stands, they made it known to Viktor Hovland that they were on his side, changing the words of their now famous song to "No Norway, no party!"

Jordan Smith used the weather delay to watch Below Deck
If you're a fan of Below Deck, know that Jordan Smith is too. We don't know what series he is on, but we do know the overnight leader watched two episodes to pass the time before his third round at The Renaissance Club.
Two of the best shots of the day
Watch two of the best shots of the day, which came in the form of a 50-foot putt from Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen and a chip-in from Calum Hill.
