Louis Oosthuizen is confident he can shoot another low score on moving day at the ISPS HANDA Perth International after carding the low round of the week so far on Friday.
The World Number 21 signed for a brilliant, unblemished 64 which included a missed three-foot birdie putt on the last that would have tied the course record at Lake Karrinyup Country Club.
The eight under par effort moved Oosthuizen to ten under for the week, just a shot off the lead jointly held by home favourite Brett Rumford and American Peter Uihlein.
Despite the tricky, firm greens and testing winds, both Rumford and Uihlein have recorded rounds of 65 so far this week, and 2010 Open Championship winner Oosthuizen believes there are more low scores to be had.

"We've seen Peter yesterday in that strong wind shooting seven under. Brett shot seven under today. It's definitely out there if you're going to hole some putts.
"In the afternoon, I feel the greens are a little bit more tricky than the mornings, but there are definitely birdies here."
Oosthuizen made three early birdies before a run of seven straight pars, but he came to life on the 12th with a ten-foot birdie putt.
Huge drives helped him to further birdies on the 13th and 14th before he took advantage of the par five next to make it four in a row. A 30-foot putt on the 17th then got him into double figures before he missed that three-foot birdie effort on the last.
"I gave myself a lot of opportunities and today just made a few putts," he said. "I made good putts both days but you have those rounds where you just don't make any.
"I just did what I did yesterday. Just the same clubs, putting myself in positions and on a few occasions, I just hit it a bit closer. My birdie opportunities were a bit closer."
Uihlein took a one-shot lead into Friday's play and is delighted to still be at the summit heading into the weekend.
"I'm excited," he said. "I think that's what everybody plays for, to have a chance on the weekend to see what you can do.
"I really like this place and I like the course. We'll see how it goes on the weekend.
"It's still tough. It's not like you can just go around and shoot five or six under around here. You've really got to hit some golf shots and it's tough.
"The pins are tricky. They tuck them here for sure. They kind of have to. They are not very big, so they tuck them in some tough spots."
