George Coetzee (67, -13)
"It's amazing. Today was probably the best day of the lot and also the most frustrating, I feel like I've left a lot of shots out there but then I might not have run the one on 17 so I'm quite happy with the way it turned out and hopefully tomorrow we can have more of the same. It just shows me that you have to stay patient, just keep ticking away trying to get your birdies and they'll come sooner or later. Luckily today they did and tomorrow hopefully they'll do the same. I'm excited to see what the challenge brings, it should be fun playing with a bit of pressure and I'm looking forward to it. I'm feeling good, I've kind of got a game-plan for everything. You never know what golf can throw at you but I'm just doing the stuff I want to do."
Eddie Pepperell (68, -12)
"Today was trickier, definitely conditions were pretty windy and some ins were tucked and the greens were not ideal and it was not easy so I was happy. Three under is not a bad score, I'm still well in the event and I'm in a good position to go and give it a good run tomorrow. I'd say I've done a pretty good job of that. I'm hitting a lot of good shots, the game-plan is there, Mick was strong again today on the bag for me which is great and I feel like I'm putting well - I'm hitting a lot of lines - so really there isn't a part of my game where I should feel worried. It's just a case of going out there tomorrow, not getting in my own way. I've always said this about a Sunday or Saturday round, you've got to just immerse yourself in the rhythm of the round because every round has its own rhythm whether it's a Thursday or a Sunday. Tomorrow will be no different for me and if I can do that then I believe, the way I'm playing, I can go out there and shoot 66, 67 and that might be god enough. It's all in my hands, really, I've just got to go and do it."
Marc Warren (70, -12)
"After the seventh hole the pins were tucked away and it was really tough to get it close. I didn't feel as if I'd hit a lot of greens, I didn't have too many looks at birdie so I was relying on two-putting a lot of the time. I made a really good save on 17 and probably the putt on the last from about 20 feet was the best chance I had on the back nine so overall pretty pleased to get off under par. After the start I made you're thinking things were pretty easy but in reality the greens were really firm, the wind was up and keeping my eye on the leaderboard on the back nine nobody was really getting too far ahead. I stayed very patient, hopefully I'll drive the ball a bit better and maybe go at a few more flags but overall pretty pleased with my day."
Nino Bertasio (71, -12)
"I didn't play as well as the last couple of days but it wasn't easy out there, the first 12 holes it was quite windy and I didn't make any putts at the beginning, pretty much all day. I think it just shows how tricky it was this afternoon with the wind. A couple of guys early shot good scores but I don't think it was as windy and the greens firmed up and it's just a tricky day. Hopefully I can start off fast tomorrow because guys will be making birdies so I'm just looking forward to going out there and playing the same golf I have the last couple of days."
