Round 4 Summary

Bernhard Langer returned from the Ryder Cup and gained his 46th worldwide victory and his third of the season.  Third round leader, Barry Lane, remained on top of the leaderboard for most of the final round, and after birdies at the fifth, sixth and 15th had a two shot advantage.  Meanwhile Langer, out in 35, had birdied the 13th and then reached the 518 yards 18th, with a driver and five iron, and holed a 75 foot putt for an eagle three.  Lane parred each of the three holes and found himself in a play-off.  The first extra hole was halved, but then a 20 foot birdie putt at the second extra hole gave Langer victory.
