McIlroy will be joined by American pair Cameron Young and Mason Howell, continuing the tradition of grouping the reigning US Amateur champion with the Green Jacket holder over the opening two days at Augusta National.

They will get under way at at 10:31am local time, with McIlroy bidding to become just the fourth player in history to win the Green Jacket over back-to-back years.

MacIntyre, who finished tied for second at last week's Valero Texas Open on the PGA TOUR, is drawn alongside two-time Masters winner Scheffler and 2019 U.S. Open champion Gary Woodland at 13:44 local time.

Ludvig Åberg may be making just his third Masters start but he has impressed at Augusta, finishing runner-up on debut in 2024 and holding a share of the lead late in the final round last year.

Teeing off at 1:08pm, the Swede is alongside 2023 winner Jon Rahm and Masters first-timer Chris Gotterup.

Last year's runner-up Justin Rose also faces a late-early start alongside 2015 champion Jordan Spieth and five-time major winner Brooks Koepka, beginning his 21st Masters appearance at 1:20pm.

The draw, announced on Tuesday, also sees Kristoffer Reitan and Casey Jarvis - among nine DP World Tour members making their Masters debut - drawn together in a group with Kurt Kitayama at 08:50.
