A back nine masterclass from Rory McIlroy at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open Hosted by the Rory Foundation helped him to his first professional title in Ireland.The Northern Irishman finished birdie-par-eagle to clinch victory by three shots from Russell Knox and Bradley Dredge at The K Club.
McIlroy hit the most Greens in Regulation - 60 out of 72 - and used his Nike five-wood to hit the green on the 18th hole during the final round for an outstanding eagle.
The four-time Major Championship winner averaged 293 yards off the tee, the ninth longest in the field, using the Nike Vapor Fly Pro.
McIlroy sank 16 birdie putts throughout the week with the Nike Method Origin B2-01 putter.
