The DP World Tour and PGA TOUR have marked their strengthened strategic alliance and the co-sanctioning of the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open by commissioning an immersive digital illustration celebrating the history of golf.
The creative interpretation shows the journey from the game's very earliest days to it being adopted in the United States and taken into the television age.
Sketches of Seve Ballesteros, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods during famous victories appear before we move to the present day with the Rolex Series at The Renaissance Club.
The project was carried out by Greg Edwards at Urban Scale Interventions, and he was delighted to be part of the collaboration between the two Tours.
"It was a totally collaborative effort," he said.
"I absolutely enjoyed the project. I put in so many hours over the course of a fortnight but I did that out of love because it was a really enjoyable process to get on with.
"I'm really proud. I'm super, super happy with this piece."
