Mjaaseth leads 19 players through to second stage in England

DP World Tour First Stage Qualifying School took place this week at Huddersfield, with 19 players securing safe passage through to Second Stage.

Norway’s Michael Mjaaseth, who started the day in a share of the lead, carded a one under par closing round of 69 to reach 9 under par, two shots ahead of Daniel Cronje.

Englishman Dylan Shaw-Radford was the only amateur to progress from the field, those with scores of level par or better having direct access into Second Stage and the chance to play for DP World Tour playing opportunities and full playing status on the HotelPlanner Tour for the 2027 season.

DP World Tour Qualifying School Second Stage will take place across four venues in Spain from October 29 – November 3.
