Finnish Challenge - Tournament History

The Challenge Tour returns to Finland in 2017 for the Vierumӓki Finnish Challenge, the sixth consecutive year it has visited the country and the second time it has had a tournament at Vierumӓki Golf Club.

The long association between the Challenge Tour and Finland dates back 16 years to the first Finnish tournament on the tour, and last year's winner Sam Walker used his victory as a launch pad for a terrific run of late-season form that ultimately saw him graduate from the Road to Oman Rankings.

The year before that, in 2015, Dominic Foos made Challenge Tour history when, at the age of 17, he went wire-to-wire to become the Tour's youngest ever winner.
