This year will be the third staging of this event on The European Senior Tour with Ian Woosnam and Boonchu Ruangkit taking the title in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Last year, trailing by two heading into the final round, Woosnam came from two shots back on a tightly packed leader board to win by couple thanks to a stunning Sunday 66. The previous year, Thailand’s Ruangkit had an up and down few days, but eventually prevailed by three over second placed men Sam Torrance and Bobby Lincoln.
