After missing out on one of the five cards at Staysure Tour Qualifying School in 2017, Shacklady returned to Pestana Golf Resort in 2018 and earned his place on Tour for that season.

Won on his eighth start on the over-50s circuit at the VTB Russian Open Golf Championship (Senior).
