His best performance of the 2008 season was tied 14th in the De Vere PGA Seniors Championship. Was a regular competitor on the Sunshine Tour in his native South Africa, but his two biggest successes both came on The European Tour where he won the 1992 Johnnie Walker Asian Classic in Bangkok and the following year’s Jersey European Airways Open. Holds a degree in physical education.
