Taking place at the Cornish venue in Padstow, the event, returning to the Staysure Tour International Schedule for the second successive season, has announced two amateur qualifying events to played at Trevose Golf & Country Club with places up for grabs in the Pro-Am and the Alliance events.

The first qualifier takes place on Sunday April 5, with the winning team of three players earning a spot in the tournament’s Pro-Am on June 18. The three winners will be joined by one the stars from the over 50s circuit and receive VIP treatment on the day, including an invitation to the evening meal where they can enjoy a fantastic three-course meal and first-class entertainment.

On Sunday May 24 the Alliance qualifier will take place with the winning amateurs securing a spot in the tournament. The two amateurs will have the opportunity to play alongside a Staysure Tour member as they are each paired with a professional for the opening rounds of the Farmfoods European Legends Links Championship on Friday and Saturday. On both days, the winning amateurs will receive a complimentary buffet breakfast and lunch in the VIP players’ lounge.

An array of former Ryder Cup stars and European Tour winners are expected to tee it up at Trevose Golf & Country Club, where Jean-François Remésy won the inaugural event in 2019, and the amateurs can be part of the action on the Cornish links.
