The fairways are of average width, are quite undulating and are in excellent condition.
Rough
The semi-rough is 2 metres wide and cut to 30mm. The rough has been cut to 75mm
Greens
The greens are generous in size and are quite undulating, especially at the fronts and sides.
Stimpmeter reading on Tuesday 24th April, prior to the tournament - 9.0. The greens are a bit soft.
General
Accuracy will be rewarded at Quinta do Lago with each hole surrounded by trees. There are not many water hazards and all the par threes are long. The course is 23 years old and features the original greens and grasses.
