Course
The course is quite dry due to recent hot weather but the rough this year is extremely penal and will therefore reward accuracy off the tee. Water is a key factor especially over the closing holes 15,16 and 18 as well as 1,2,9,10,13.
There are new tees on the par five's 3,9 and 14, which will make these significantly harder than in previous years. The 18th this year will be played from the old par 5 tee as a par 4, making this a much tougher hole to achieve par on this year.

Greens: Mix of Poa Annua bent.
Fairways: Mix of bent and Fescue.
Rough: Mix of Fescue and Rye grass.

Average width but a lot of movement means that they effectively play narrower.
