The Tomson Golf Club in Shanghai was designed by Shunsuke Kato from Japan. The course has quite a few waste areas, not to be confused with bunkers. It is 7,300 yards long, quite flat with water coming into play on 13 holes. The 8th hole is 180 yard par 3 with a bunker in the middle of the green.
Course
The course is in excellent condition. The only weakness is the rough, which is not as thick as hoped due to lack of grwoth beacuse of the early date.
