The field for the event will be 156 Professionals comprising:
(a) The top 73 entries from the 2003 European Tour Exemption Category List.
(b) 73 Sunshine Tour members as notified by the Sunshine Tour.
(c) 10 invitations (5 places nominated by the European Tour).
N.B. Southern African players who are members of and exempt through both
Tours will be entered through (b) above. Players from outside Southern
Africa who are members of and exempt through both Tours will be entered
through (a) above.
European Tour members can enter the qualifying competition for the
respective section of (b) above by becoming an affiliate member of the
Sunshine Tour and paying the fee of 1200 rand before the close of entries on
the 2nd January
