Richard Green created history when he became the first left-handed golfer to win on the European Tour since 1974. And he did it in the best possible style by holing an 18ft birdie putt on the 72nd hole for a last round of 68 to tie with fellow Australian Greg Norman and Ian Woosnam. Then Green holed from 12ft at the first extra hole to take the title and said: "To win on the European Tour against a field this strong is pretty special. It's an unbelievable feeling."
