Alexander Cejka, tied for the lead with Anders Forsbrand after 54 holes, broke clear with four early birdies and stayed calm under pressure to take his first PGA European Tour Title. Out in 33, Cejka had a further birdie at the last to win by three strokes. He said: "While I was still a boy I saw Bernhard Langer at the German Open, he passed next to me and has been my hero ever since. Today I am playing and practicing with him, and now I have won an event - it is my dream come true."
