On conclusion of the ISPS HANDA Perth International, The Race to Dubai will be converted into a points table, with every Euro of official prize money earned by the top 111 players during the 2014 season being converted into a point.
Each of the four tournaments which comprise the Final Series – the BMW Masters, the WGC-HSBC Champions, the Turkish Airlines Open by the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai – will carry a Race to Dubai breakdown of 10 million points, with each winner receiving 1,666,600 points.

However, any player who receives a sponsors’ invitation to compete in a tournament in the Final Series will not be eligible to receive any Race to Dubai points from that tournament.
The winner of The Race to Dubai will be the player who has earned the highest number of points on conclusion of the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, which returns to Jumeirah Golf Estates from November 20-23.
Taking into account any points won by players participating in the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, the US$5 million Bonus Pool will then be divided amongst the top 15 in The Race to Dubai.
The Bonus Pool will be converted into points, with each point equivalent to €1, and will then be included in the final Race to Dubai Ranking for the 2014 season. The Race to Dubai points will be calculated based on the US$ to Euro exchange rate on Monday November 17, 2014.
In order to be eligible for a share of the Bonus Pool prize money and the equivalent Race to Dubai points, a player must participate in the 2014 DP World Tour Championship, Dubai unless he has a mitigating circumstance (ie. he withdraws from the tournament through an injury, serious disability or personal emergency which is deemed acceptable by George O’Grady, the Chief Executive of The European Tour).
If any player who is ranked in the top 15 of The Race to Dubai at the conclusion of the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai is ineligible for a share of the Bonus Pool due to his non-participation in the tournament for a reason which is not deemed to be a mitigating circumstance, the Bonus Pool prize money and Race to Dubai points that would have been allocated to that player will neither be awarded to him nor re-allocated to any other player.
