Spectator FAQs - 2022 Cazoo Open de France

Where & when is the event held?

The event will be held from 22nd – 25th September 2022 at Le Golf National, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets are only available to purchase via PGA European Tour - Select an Event - Le Golf National - Ticketing System (europeantour.com)

Tickets are also available to purchase from the box office, located in the Entrance Tent onsite.

What do I do if I haven’t received my tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets via email, and there is less than 7 days until the event contact our customer service team - Ticketing@europeantour.com . When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.

Travel and Parking

Public Parking

Car Parking will be available free of charge to all ticket holders and located a short walk from the public entrance.

As attendees get closer to the venue, they should follow the relevant road signage directing car traffic to the ‘public car park’ instead of following navigation applications to ‘Le Golf National’.

Please note there is no shuttle between the public car park and the main entrance.

Accessible parking options are available for disabled badge holders, please contact ticketing@europeantour.com with the relevant documentation to secure a spot.

Shuttle Bus

For all spectators there is a free shuttle bus between Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines train station and the Golf National. The service will run hourly:

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: - 07:00 – 20:15

Sunday: - 07:00 – 19:30

Taxi/Uber

Taxi and Uber drop off and collection will be at the car park 2 only.

What time do the Gates open?

Thursday: - 07:30 – 19:30

Friday: - 07:30 – 19:30

Saturday: - 07:30 – 19:30

Sunday: - 07:30 19:30

Food & Beverage

There is public catering located within the Championship Village offering a wide variety of food and drink.

Food-trucks will also be located on-course, surrounding the 12th and 14th greens.

Please note the Clubhouse will not be accessible to the public.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No picnics / picnic hampers to be brought into the venue.

Alcoholic beverages are also not permitted to be brought into the venue.

Are dogs permitted to the course?

Dogs are not permitted on the course with the exception of trained assistance guide dogs, and we respectfully suggest that you do not leave your pet in the car.

Is there an Event Programme?

The electronic programme is available to download onsite free of charge by scanning the programme QR codes which will be located around the venue. The programme phone app is where you will find all the tournament information and updates, including live scores, the daily draws, course map, catering locations, full event schedule.

Lost Property

Lost property that has been found can be handed to the nearest marshal, volunteer or event official and they will be stored within the Information Tent, in the Championship Village.

Merchandise

A wide range of golf attire will be available within the existing Pro-Shop in the Clubhouse.
