England’s Steve Webster had the better of the early exchanges with compatriot Graeme Storm to take control of the Moravia Silesia Open presented by ALO Diamonds.
While the Hartlepool player remained eight under at the turn playing in the final third round group Webster, from Atherstone, improved to 11 under and took a two shot lead over another Englishman, Sam Little.
A shot further back were Qualifying School winner Oskar Henningsson, Northern Irishman Gareth Maybin, Robert-Jan Derksen and John Bickerton.
Chasing his first European Tour victory Maybin, beaten in a play-off in South Africa by Richard Sterne earlier in the season, birdied the first, second, sixth and tenth but dropped a shot at the 457 yard 12th.
Earlier Sweden's Martin Erlandsson had ten birdies, six of them in a row, in his third round to climb over 40 places up the leaderboard, but it was still not enough to put him in the top ten.
