The Caltex Singapore Masters is the first of four new tournaments to be added to the 2001 European Tour International Schedule.
Two of the players competing are currently ranked in the top 8 of the World Golf Rankings - the participation of Vijay Singh and Colin Montgomerie this week has increased the first place points to 24 and points extend to 27th place and ties.
