Grenham is a below-the-knee right leg amputee from Galway, Ireland.

He was part of Ireland's four-man team that claimed a 25-shot victory at the EGA’s European Team Championship in Belgium last year, while he also registered second-place finishes in the Irish Open for Golfers with a Disability and at tournaments in England and Italy during 2022.
