Showed promise as an amateur as he won the Scottish Boys Championship at Murcar Links in 2012 and was a member of the Scottish team that won the European Amateur Team Championship in 2016.

Won his first professional title at the Leipziger Golf Open on the Pro Golf Tour. Waited three years for his next win as he earned a maiden Challenge Tour title at the Range Servant Challenge.

Graduated to the DP World Tour after finishing 19th on the Road to Mallorca Rankings in 2021.
