Iain was one of the eight Butten Boys, along with Brian Barnes and Tommy Horton, in the mid 1960’s. Ernest Butten financed the young golfers and subjected them to a rigorous regimen to turn them from talented professionals to star quality. 30 years on Iain only played six tournaments in 1998, finishing in the top ten twice. Father of Cameron Clark and club pro Finlay.
