Guaranteed a maiden season at the top level thanks to a late season run that included consecutive third place finishes at the Foshan Open and the National Bank of Oman Golf Classic, off the back of a career-best runner-up result earlier in the year at the Aegean Airlines Challenge Tour by Hartl Resort. Started out working in the car industry as a consultant, before a runner-up finish at his county championship aged 21 encouraged him to take a year out to work on his game.
