Bianciardi first earned recognition when he won the 2022 EDGA Giovanni Nasi International in his home country of Italy, playing nine months after a kidney transplant.

The 32-year-old from Siena was born with cortical dysplasia, with hemiplegia (weakened right side).

He qualified and then won the final of the RSM European Net Play-offs at North Hants GC in September 2023.
