    Won twice on the US PGA Tour in 2010 and contributed three points from a possible four at The 2010 Ryder Cup, where the United States lost to Europe by a point. Also made the cut in all four Majors, his best performance coming at the US PGA Championship, where he finished tied 18th.

    That continued his fine form of 2009, the best season of his career as he won three times on the PGA Tour, finished third in the FedEx Cup and moved to a career-high second in the Official World Golf Ranking. Won the 2001 WGC - Accenture Match Play, beating Sweden's Pierre Fulke in the final in Melbourne.

    Captained the United States team to victory at Whistling Straits in his home state of Wisconsin at the rescheduled 2020 Ryder Cup, held in 2021.

    Won five times on PGA TOUR Champions in 2018 and 2019, including two Senior Major Championships, the Regions Tradition and U.S. Senior Open, both in 2019.

    Earned his sixth and seventh over-50s titles in 2021 at the Chubb Classic and his third Senior Major success at the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship.

    Wife Nicki was his caddie throughout his career until the birth of their first daughter in 1998. Father-in-law Dennis Tiziani, the golf coach at University of Wisconsin, is his teacher and brother-in-law Mario Tiziani has also played on the US PGA Tour.
