(Joined Tour by winning the Maybank Malaysian Open 2004) Qualifying School
Became the first player from Thailand to win a European Tour event, at the 2004 Malaysian Open. He was also the first Thai to play in all four Major Championships.
His first European Tour win outside of Asia came at the 2012 ISPS Handa Wales Open.
In 2015, he became the first Thai player to play in the Presidents Cup.
A three time winner of the Asian Tour Order of Merit, he holds the record for the highest career earnings on that Tour.
Only started playing golf at the age of 16 before becoming a paratrooper in the Royal Thai Army. Went on to turn professional aged 30.
