Gained a place on the Challenge Tour in 2008 after reaching the 2007 Qualifying School Final Stage, and captured his first title at the Dubliner Challenge in Sweden. Had initially planned to miss the tournament after five consecutive weeks on the road. But after an impressive performance in his native Denmark the week before the event he decided to play, and it proved an inspired decision as he took the title by one stroke.
